The mutual trust relationship that Deakos wants to establish with its customers is even more evident for direct sales. It can all be done either by telephone or email with exhaustive explanations of the products use and posology or with the online store. In both cases, the following conditions are applied:
- Processing order takes place within 24/48 hours upon receipt
- Shipment via express courier with 24/48 hours delivery time
Payments must be made through the agreed channels at the time of purchase and using the following coordinates:
- Credit card
- Bank transfer
Any irregularities in the order noted on delivery must be communicated as soon as possible to agree on the actions to be taken to correct them. The above conditions are exclusively applied to orders delivered in the European Union (including San Marino Republic). Orders with delivery to any other country can and have to be agreed directly by phone.
We make every effort to keep the shipping costs as low as possible by requesting our customers a partial participation in these costs according to the follows (excluding special promotions):
- € 15 for an order under € 30.00
- € 10 for an order between € 30.00 and € 50.00
- € 5 for an order over € 50.00
Orders with delivery to non european countries must agreed directly by phone.
The conditions described above apply exclusively to orders with delivery in the European Union (including the Republic of San Marino).
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The consumer is entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods. This right consists of the right to return the goods purchased to the seller, and the subsequent repayment of the purchase price, referring to the net amount paid for the asset excluding any additional costs such as packaging, manpower and transport.
In particular, the consumer who intends to make use of the right of withdrawal have to send an appropriate notice within 10 days of receipt of the products. The notice of withdrawal have to be sent with registered letter with advice of delivery such as or telegram, telex or telefax confirmed by registered letter with advice of delivery within 48 hours to the store address.
The consumer have to return seal unbroken and intact products to the store within 10 days from the date of receipt together with an invoice copy. Shipping costs will be charged to the consumer. Within 30 days from the receipt of the returned products, the store will refund the paid sum to the consumer, excluding the cost of packaging, manpower and transport. The right of withdrawal will be approved only if the original packaging envelopes have not been opened and no label certifying the integrity of the product has been removed or damaged.
Be sure to have the following information at your disposal:
- original invoice or accompanying document (indicating order number, invoice and customer code)
In case of partial withdrawal:
- item code (s), serial number
- bank coordinates to obtain the money transfer (ABI – CAB codes – Bank account of the invoice holder).
